What was the highlight of Bonanza Park Hotel
Nice stay but with room for improvement
The garden and the pool area are amazing, just the water was a bit cold. Breakfast was really good, with various choices and quick refreshment. Room had a nice view, the bed was comfortable and near the hotel is free public parking which was really helpful.
Before arrival we had very high expectations regarding the service that was not exactly met during our stay. We arrived around 1 pm, but the desk representative insisted we would wait until exactly 3 pm for check in, which can obviously have an operational reason, but the fact that we couldn't check in even 15 minutes earlier gave us impression that was just overly scrupulous; During breakfast we sat on a slightly larger table and received an unpleasant remark from staff, which I also believe could be handled with a different tone of voice. These reasons are maybe minor, but exactly these details create an outstanding service that the hotel needs to aim for.

A very nice hotel for quiet relaxing stay !!! Love it!
I stay for the second time in this hotel and I enjoy it. The rooms are big, have nice furniture and balcony, are well equipped (including hairdryer, fridge and TV). There’s air conditioning in the room and it works very well! What is also important, You can’t hear your neighbours! So you can enjoy your vacation without any additional sounds! The hotel offers good food variety for breakfast of any taste: eggs variations, meat, fish, vegetables, fruits. One of the most remarkable features is the hotel staff: super friendly, always helpful and open! Also special thanks to the cleaning team. The room was always very clean! Bravo guys! And thank you :-)
There is nothing special what really disturbed me anyhow, just few things/suggestions maybe for possible improvement to get better: - breakfast: coffee might be better quality(espresso was not really espresso), orange freshly pressed juice, avocado , humus would be also a nice tasty plus to the breakfast set; - check-out time might be later: till 14:00 or 12:00 at least; - the floor carpet was somehow not really clean during almost my whole stay. That might be improved as it has impact on the common picture - do you have any special offers for the loyal customers? ;-)))

Very Good
Access to the sea via sister hotel via the little cove breakfast on the open terrace with sea views was great lovely bedding and towels pools were lovely on both sites
dinner in sister hotel - just a giant air conditioned restaurant once it was dark - you could be anywhere no tea/coffee in the room shame the sister hotel didn't have steps to access the sea. we used the neighbouring hotel but they were removed during our stay when they were packing up for the season
